user data from those portions of the Davis Eye Care
website that are available to the public without
a login ID or password (the "Public Site")
as well as those portions that are restricted to
users with a login ID and password (the "Restricted
Site"). The Public Site and the Restricted

and "Your" refer to the individual person
using the Website. The Restricted Site is available
